I have given this some thought....

Especially with regards to "What can we do other then sit back and watch it happen."

Here is my suggestion:

a) Document all the pertinent information about the activity. Especially track volume of shares sold, number of separate transactions, and seller - of suspicious activity

b) Send our suspicions and the supporting evidence to Del Steiner in an e-mail and/or an open message on this message board - we don't want to keep this secret at all.

c) Urge Del (as a matter of principal) to not enter into any PP agreement with entities that have been associated with this activity, or anyone associated with these entities.

(i.e. no deals with the entities directly suspected, nor if these are their advisors, nor if they are part of a "package deal consortium")

If Del sees any merit in the arguments (and makes that public), it should dissuade these entities from this activity (or at least mute it considerably). After all, they are not in the business of spending money for other peoples benefit!
