PEM is down to $.25.

Why is a stock with such promise (and existing resources) being valued so cheaply?

Is there so much fear in the market that all sense of valuation has disappeared?

They tell me that the way to success in the stock market is to but low and sell high. In order to buy low you usually have to buy when everyone is selling.

So (even though it is already my biggest holding) I bought some more PEM today. I think that decision will pay off soon.

Do you agree or am I crazy?
