The gold is economical at .25gpt here. (not .5gpt as mentionned in the report..)

It would cost PEM approximately 500$/ounce to mine the gold.

The grade gets better at depth.

This is OPEN Pittable. Del Steiner even mentionned that they can take a mechanical shovel and mine the property like that!
I’ve got much more to add, but I’m at work so I’ll let someone else go on..
