Message: Re: Thought's On Chrome MTN ? When?.. If?.. What ?

Hi Skier. . . . Last I was told by IR is that the MT property is being made ready for "something" which they were not in a position to explain and that whatever needed to be done was in the hands of legal counsel. IR could not give any details as of some time ago for whatever their reasons, which must be prudent and justified under the circumstances. It could merely be the finalizing of complicated details of a spin off or it could be something else. Meanwhile, I think a couple of others on this board have learned some information about issued permits to drill on the Chrome Mountain property this summer and possibly a 43-101 update being done there, but I could be mistaken. Perhaps an e-mail to IR will get you an update on this good question. The CEO and VP Mike O. have been to the property-vicinity (MT) at least once in recent weeks.

There is likely more than one matter, and perhaps as many as 3 or more matters, pending resolution and dissemination of information. If my suspicions-perceptions-digging are accurate, each would require certain things to be done first by others. Although probably not earth shattering matters, they could be good for PEM and it's shareholders in the long run if they came to fruition. They are part of the corporate building blocks one would see as rational. However, the finalizations of such possibilities would necessarilly be mostly dependent on people not under the control of PEM. If we don't eventually learn what these matters are, then either I am very mistaken or something prevented the matters from being finalized.

I think a few of us have been using our inquisitiveness and annalytical instincts on overtime. Doing so has permitted some of us to occassionally accidently stumble across some information. As of the moment, I have not learned of any noteworthy negative issues pending. Others, and I, have "dug deeply" into many various areas (all manner) of interest. Far more than superficially. Naturally any of us could be wrong, but I have seen NO flasely misleading, subterfuge, games, etc., from the few who have been constantly and honestly researching things of interest to you and me, nor from PEM. I have a very very high regard for Joey Walmsley and bitbul13 for their persistant efforts on our behalf. They often research at considerable personal time and financial expense. I have also come to regard IR as doing the very best they can for us. They have serious limitations as to what they can say and do. I have not detected anything other than honorable intentions. To their credit, it is why some of us have to do our own "digging." It is also one reason why I am a shareholder. I see a great deal of integrity here, from Del on down through the chain of command. They are at a severe disadvantage as to what they can say and how they have to say it. I respect that, and I certainly respect them. As impatient as all us may become at times for progress and additional information, PEM's management and employees are subject to many restrictions. It is admirable for some shareholders to want to "know what we do not know." It is also admirable for PEM to be able to say "there are some things we just can't discuss." So, for some good reason(s) PEM can not now divulge the details or final status of the Chrome Mountain property, even though they want so very much to tell us what we crave to know.

One last point. There have been a small number of posters on a BB(s) who have posted false information for whatever their personal reasons. A couple of them know that I know who they are. They may end up learning the hard way. Beware of those who willfully and intentionally spread false information without backing it up with credible explanation, hard facts, details, confirmed and demonstrated assertions, and or explanatory and/or qualifying termenology. Erroneous opinions, educated guesses, and/or assumptions are mistakes we all make from time to time. However, outright lieing about investment related information is inexcusable, especially when it is at the harm and expense of others.
