Is it possible that the recent share sell off was because of an erroneously harmful error by the British Comumbia Sec. Com. (BCSC)? I don't know first hand, but here is what I have been able to learn. I do not know the accuracy and, if it is partially or fully accurate, I hope PEM can do some sort of news release early next week so as to allay recent concerns and fears. If they do, I would assume PEM won't want to publicly criticize the BCSC (so as to not "tease the allegator" while trying to get to the other side of the swamp. I'm just sayin. . . ).

You all might recall the correction PEM issued in a news release on June 27th, regarding what I surmised to be a matter of symantics and not substance. This matter was corrected by the issuance of the June 27th news release by PEM. Thereafter, the BCSC was notified that their requested correction had been immediately corrected forthwith. Thereafter, apparently, the BCSC forgot to amend their records and notices of this correction on what is refered to as their published "Delinquent Filers List," causing PEM's name to be erroneously published until yesterday or today. PEM was alerted to this problem by some alert shareholder(s). Meanwhile, the selling off PEM's shares was in progress. PEM was told by the BCSC that the BCSC was unaware why PEM's name had been on this list up through yesterday (and/or today). The matter is reportedly being corrected by the BCSC. We hope! Apparently PEM's IR learned of this issue yesterday or early today. Perhaps this matter, as described to me, could have impacted some shareholder selling, causing alarm for other unaware shareholders to sell their shares as they saw the volume of shares increase significantly while the share price declined.

Maybe? I' have to leave my home for the rest of today so I won't be able to follow up on this. Perhaps someone can ascertain the accuracy of what happened here through IR, and then post whatever is verified, if anything, for the benefit of us all. If I have any or all of this wrong, please accept my apology up front, as I do not have time to corroborate this information. I am in a hurry to join an old friend who is cancer ridden. May be my last chance to be with him.
