Yes Joe, he is the person who covers PEM for Fraser Mackenzie. He wrote an extensive "STRONG BUY" recomendation on PEM this past early April. If I'm not mistaken, he feels that by late winter 2012 PEM's stock price could tripple, or more, from where it is today. Thanks for the link you provided.
