Message: What is the Friday's potential value

PEM has told me on 3 occassions that they think just the Friday site could have 4 to 5 million ounces in the Friday's boundary zone. So, if a suitor shows up with cash in hand, assuming PEM sticks to it's estimated belief, while they continue to drill the Friday & Monday, along with it's new silver find, what is the Friday & Monday possibly worth per share? Using 100 to 145 dollars an ounce (in the ground), 160m shares outstanding, and using 4m ounces of gold alone, the Friday-Monday could be worth 2.50 to 3.50 a share. And that is just for the Friday-Monday. (Now figure in the possible silver deposit). There is still everything else remaining in the OSZ that is not, and eventually will be, factored into the share value as drilling continues. Del Steiner has said in a recent interview that PEM has more than one option for the OSZ, one being selling the Friday site, while PEM drills the rest of the property.

For all of PEM and the OSZ could the share value end up being $10, $15, more? The more they drill and the longer they drill the higher the share value. It was speculated by PEM that they could exceed having a billion dollar market cap, if all continues to go as well as it has been. I have been told that there are juniors and majors watching PEM and doing their own computations. As I have speculated before, at some point one of them that is very interested is going to want to make an offer "before" (and not after) the OSZ looks like a piece of swiss cheese. We could very well see, and should expect, some kind of offer within 6 to 18 months. Whether we will know about it, or not, only time will tell.
