Primed, You forgot the price of Gold, so if price of Gold goes to 1700$ then PEM should at least double to $1,6 or to $2, your assumption is only if price stay where it is now...

And if PEM will be taken over then we should see at least 500$ per Ounce price so for sure take over price above $3...
