Yup - I concur - one does not sell the farm cheap!
It appears that PEM is willing to sell individual pieces - but only once they know what they have.
If some suitor wishes to buy the whole area (or company) without first having a good idea what is actually there, then I expect PEM would value it at a reasonably NON-conservative guess before setting the value that they would be willing to sell at.
At least, as an investor in the company, that is what I would be expecting them to do.
And nobody has more at stake in this company at this point than the founders and principals.
