I may call IR this morning to get some more info so if there is something I should ask let me know. Seem you guys have a good grip on this and I appreciate your help.

My fear is that it will be taken out before they realize the true value but looking at the share structure it seem most of the shares are institutional and insider (over 50%) so even a 100% retail rejection of a take over wont stop the takeover bid.

Chrome Mountain sounds interesting as a spin out if they can raise cash outside of Pem Gold.
