Message: 2011 drill program

In a prior news release PEM said they planned to double the number of drills from 2 in 2010 to 4 in 2011. Further, PEM said in one of their news releases that they wanted to increase the number of meters drilled from 10,000 in 2010 to 20,000 in 2011. Since then, about a couple of weeks ago, Del Steiner told Al Korelin in an interview that they may increase the meters to be drilled in 2011 to as much as 50,000 meters. Yesterday PEM announced adding 3 more field ops-geo experts. So, with PEM increasing its field staff by 400% and with Del wanting to increase the meters to be drilled in 2011 by 400%, over 2010's program, would an increase in the number of drills from 2 to 4 be sufficient to accomplish a 2011 drill program of 40,000 or 50,000 meters? Would they need more than 4 drills?

If the 2010 drill program adds 500,000 more ounces after having drilled 10,000 meters, might we see the 2011 drill program, if at 40,000 to 50,000 meters, and if all goes as well as it did in 2010, add 2 million ounces more possibly bringing the total ounces, a year from now, possibly close to 2.5 to 3 million ounces (+or-)? PEM unofficially guesses that the Friday could yield 4m ounces or more.

There is undoubtedly a desire and a reason(s)for PEM to expedite the process of increasing the number of ounces quickly. A 300-400% increase in the field staff, a 300-400% increase in the meters to be drilled, might mean more than 4 drill rigs. The result might mean that the ounces proved up could increase proportionately. If they reach a total of 2.5 to 3million ounces by this time next year in a new 43-101 at a cut off grade of .5 g/t at the Friday alone, a suitor may see 5m or 6m ounces at half the cut off grade. And that would not include all the possible additional ounces left unproven (land undrilled) at the Friday-Monday site. I think PEM has decided to go all out, full throttle, pedal to the metal, in 2011. There seems good reason to look forward to the next 12 months with great anticipation.
