You are right. PEM wants to sell off each portion of OSZ as they prove it up. This is a plan that offers the potential for a lot of rewards over a long period of time.

I need to weight the need to sell enough to get back my investment with the desire to hold this baby for the the big payoff(s). It's all about balance.
