First, I think you left the (.) out in a fewplaces. In my opinion PEM will likely never see your scenario as they would be taken over long beforehand. Majors would not sit back and see those numbers in explorers when they need to "grow" their resources for their own future.

As for the OSZ, only the future will reveal the true numbers. I hope PEM management can avoid a takeover for a while as the buyer would then reap the rewards instead of PEM shareholders.

The OSZ may have your dream numbers but it's only a matter of time until big money has to make their move.
