Last I heard from PEM about a month ago they intended, for now, to keep the cut off grade where it is at .5 g/t. . . . yet they could eventually potentially justify lowering it to .2 or .3 g/t at some point, perhaps in a mining feasability study? If such a decision were to develop the resource totals could almost double. It can be assumed potential JV's or takeover suitors have or will compute the cut off grade at a lower number (depending on minability) to ascertain PEM's resource potential. If PEM's 43-101 says 1m ounces, while using .5 g/t, perhaps we could be closer to 2m ounces if using a lower cut off grade such as .2 g/t? Another diamond in the ruff to weigh when calculating PEM's longer term potential. Best wishes.
