I have received some private e-mailed inquiries questioning my posted information and I thought it best to reply here on the BB to put to rest any suspicions about the veracity of the information.

On Wednesday 10/6/2010 I e-mailed questions and suggestions to PEM. Later that day I received a very responsive and helpful reply. I then telephoned PEM to make an appointment to go over the information.

On Thursday 10/7/2010 I had a great and professional discussion with PEM and recieved repeated assurances that the information was not restricted for any reason and that I could share the information with others a this BB. I was asked, in accordance with company policy, that I not reproduce the e-mail itself for distribution, but could repeat all of its contents. Additionally, during the phone call discussion, I asked many additional questions and recieved replies to some, and did not recieve reply's to some other questions because the answers would have been inappropriate to discuss.

I was told that others could contact a Ms. Kristine Kopr at PEM if they had questions (being mindful that there were certain subject matters that could no be discussed untill the information was made public at some future time, if ever.) I thought the information would be of interest to others as it had been to me. I decided to not keep it to myself and to share it with this BB.

Speaking of information, I just noticed that there was just 10 orders wanting 313,000 shares of PEM and 10 sellers wanting to sell only 80,000 shares. This, to me, speaks volumes. Good luck to all, and to PEM. Happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian friends.
