As gold prices continue to rise, PEM's gold reserves on their 28 km long property grow in value as well. As I type this it just went up some more.

Sean Broderick, from Uncommon Wisdom, said this a.m. that because gold prices have risen so much, mining companies are now even digging up low grade deposits they used to just drive their vehicles over. He also added that gold demand from people in emerging economies continues to increase thereby potentially effecting supply.

Ben Davies said in Part 2 of an interview yesterday on King World News that the Japanese citizens are about to start fleeing their near zero interest rate bonds for gold, which they have a strong affininty for, and that if the Bank Of Japan tries some QE, the public transfer to gold from bonds could begin in earnest, ultimately driving gold up to seemingly unbelievable numbers. Well, last night that may have begun to happen. Japna lowered bond yields again and tried a little QE. Meanwhile the dollar went down as well. Davies opined that the eventual possible Japanese demand for gold could possibly dry up market supply.

The U.S. Federal Reserve is expected to introduce QE-2 perhaps as soon as 11/3/2010. If so, gold and it's mining shares will be further catapulted.

The HUI is about to surge past its last resistance levels. Precious metals and their shares-equity may well be about to begin even greater increases, percentage wise. Good luck to all who want to, or who already do, own PEM.

PEM's gold in the ground value grows while new ounces get added in the days, weeks and months, even years ahead. Increased mineable ounces is, in my humble opinion, an absolute. It's just a question of by what magnitude. From all I have studied, I see exponential increases along the Orogrande Shear Zone. The Friday-Petsite is on only 4% of PEM's holdings. There are many other sites identified as well. The Airborn Magnetic survey identified numerous other "NEW" sites with Friday Petsite like signatures.
