Thanks for that, I have one question, so if PEM can prove 2M Ounces inferred that means that take over price should be 400M$, and if I divide that with number of shares(160M) then I come to $2,5 take over price?

For 1,5M Ounces will be 300M$, divide with number of shares $1,88 take over price?
