Ultimately Developing a District with Multiple Near-Surface Gold Resources along the +30 km Property in Idaho
QE-2 seems highly possible in the U.S. followed by more and more of the same, with inflation as it's goal; monetary crisis & devaluation in many currencies seems a sure bet; more banking and financial woes to come in 2011 and 2012; more stimulus for many countries; greater sovereign debt increases are guaranteed in many nations; and, gold prices will remain in an uptrend for years to come, I suspect. In addition to increasing retail demand, Central Banks will start accumulating gold, not by ounces, but by multiple tons worldwide (with corrections along the way) Supply may be hard pressed to keep pace. PEM's OSZ deposits and land holdings-claims will continue to grow in value.
Regarding PEM: Food for thought. . . It has been reported by many sources that Placer mining along the Orogrande Shear Zone (OSZ) resulted in about 4 million ounces being taken in years past. Although I have mentioned this before, it may be worth saying again for those who did not have a chance to read it, that Placer mining literally merely scratches the surface of the real lode deposits from which they came. Placer mining includes in it's definition ". . .Placer mining gold recoveries, usually accomplished in surface sand, gravel and loose rocks, is typically only a miniscule portion of the real total deposit. . . " Necessary drill test results not withstanding, based on this mere fact alone, PEM literally sits on many likely gold mines. If placer mining truely only results in recovering less than 1% of the total deposit from which it came, and if 4 million ounces were recovered from PEM's area of holdings, then the mere potential for the overall OSZ becomes mindboggling, if the gold's locations are pinpointed and minable. From all that we know so far, they (PEM) have only just begun. Meanwhile, gold prices will continue to rise and whatever gold lies in PEM's holdings increases in value as well. This is a win-win situation that just can't happen fast enough. As an older person, I hope to see many of PEM's accomplishments along the way. Good luck to all (emphasis added).
