Ultimately Developing a District with Multiple Near-Surface Gold Resources along the +30 km Property in Idaho

Re Q-2:

For Friday-Petsite, at one end of the OSZ, on only about 4% of PEM's land holdings, it was at 550,000 ounces inferred and another approx. 300,000 to 700,000 possibly ID'd but unconfirmed recently; expectations for total ounces range in the 1.5 million to 2.5 million ounces at this specific site ??? With some unofficial estimates much much higher depending on where the open ends lead them (still undetermined????)

For Buffalo Gulch at the other end of the 28km OSZ under PEM's control it remains undetermined but very very promising. Many additional sites have been ID'd in between these. I guess it would be more accurate, and honest, to say the size/volume of PEM's deposit will take a couple to a few years to fully determine. An experienced mining acquaintence told me that if about 4m oz. was taken off the surface by placer miners in decades gone by, if accurate, then PEM "has only begin to scratch the surface." Perhaps that is why some feel this will become a new gold mine "district" or why the OSZ has been referenced as having "Carlin Trend" like characteristics. Sorry I can't be of much help on this question. There are so many more knowledgable folks on this forum who hopefully will reply to your questions.

Regarding question 3:

The range, based on other postings and readings can be between $85 to $300 an ounce, in the ground, as a possible buy out price, depending on whether open pit or underground mining, infrastructure and other considerations. If spot goes to $1,500 add about 15% to these numbers. If spot goes to $2,000 add about 50%+ to these numbers. I think I read, from one of our contributors here at this BB/forum, that an industry average was $117 an ounce but I don't know what the average spot price was, nor over what period of time, the average was based on. Assuming it was over the past 1-2 years, then the $117 average figure could be 20% higher today than previously.

I hope you get more precise info. Based on what I know today, additional positive data (ounces) is, to me, guaranteed, absolute. How much lies along the OSZ seems perhaps somewhere between 10m and 100m oz ??? I have read that some think 20m to 40m oz could be the ultimate range. Time will tell. Sorry I couldn't be of much more help.
