I believe he's trying to 'keep it a secret' from other companies who would try to snap some of these claims out from under our noses. The meetings, site visits, reports; in general the whole bonanza of media coverage over the last weeks/month I believe were to get investor eyes on PEM, for when news/results are finally released.

All the media coverage alone would not cause another exploration company to stake claims, nearby results would. This seems like a credible strategy to me, if true.
