As for sp move I am staying with my 1st scenario for this time.

The most important developing point of PEM will be when Institutions come in, then will PEM move up parabolic and never look back again, this is possible, look just what happened to EVG last year with Institutions buying in, of course after parabolic move always come correction but it is possible. I am waiting for that moment but until then just sell on spike, buy on Dip. The only thing which is good that this parabolic move can come any day, maybe even tomorrow and Shorts will be burned once forever with PEM. This is no brainer stock for this year and Gold will see 1650$ this year and PEM maybe has 5M+ Ounces, you know what that means, $2+ sp is very possible here in no time.
