With the Montana project being spun-off in the coming months and Premium shareholders receiving shares of this company in a ratio basis. Would holders of Premium warrants also receive shares of this company in a ratio basis also or would warrants have to be exercised before the spin-off? Possibly someone with more knowledge than myself could answer.
