That is also what I have heard is that permitting will not happen till October and that would eliminate any chance of a drill campaign this year. If Premium does spin-off Montana and it looks like a done deal with Premium shareholders receiving shares in that company, a PP will still have to be done to create the cash necessary to start a drill campaign on Chrome Mountain. Remember who the Australian group is backed by, the Chinese. Didn't Ausmon have their own PP before they bought into the Premium PP, that is were the money came from. Any need for cash to purchase warrant will not be a problem for Ausmon as China will support any purchase and I would think a PP for Montana would be scooped by Chineses investors via Ausmon especially if they have members on the BOD's.
