From the looks of it we have about 12 million plus of warrants that can exercised 4 months from pp close date so they probably will take there time releaseing news into the market. They are at .35 so they will be exercised we have more due on the 26 th of this month at .75 so hit or miss there we are set up very nicely from what I understand warrants are not dilutive maybe someone with more knowledge could in this area could explain!
