I made all my statements during the halt and I stand behind my position that in few weeks PEM will be between 50 and 70 cents. Doesn't matter what happens during a 2 hour trading period. These are people exiting who cannot hold onto a stock for more than 1 day and were upset by having dead money during the halt. It's better that others take their shares.

It will settle by Friday.
