I like this news because PEM need only to add 2M shares more, will get less money but on the end this will be enough to finance phase 2 drilling and resource recalculation, support is now @ 0.2 and that's good, there are also Warrants that could be excersized @0.2 which will add even more cash for current needs. This is very good news and finally PEM can go further and improve resources and of course sp. Now PEM can go even higher because of this PP, these investors are not looking for few cents gains, that means that finally will PEM sp go up.
