I wasd told a while back that once half a million was reached for the pp the drills would start up.

does anyone have insight to this, as i phoned the co. again and spoke with someone dif. than the first, this person knows nothing about that. could this mean they have not reached a half million yet? does anyone one no how far thru the pp they are.. and , or how long does a million dollar pp usually take to get together? is this takeing longer than usual do to lack of interest?..?
