I did some DD , drills are on sight ,start any time now.

Hope finished by time snow starts, however if does snow will slow progress, depend's on how much snow & how cold.

This is suppose to be an El Nino weather year therefore freezing levels should be higher than normal, then again more heavy rain's happen in an El Nono year and '' if'' fall's as snow there is generally a higher amount.
