A pp will happen, but at what price is less clear. You are right about the shares from the May pp at 10 cents become free trading. I don't think the 1 million shares of POC will be trading nor will the 1 million held by insiders. That leaves us with 4 million shares that become free trading at the end of the month.

I am not hyped a technical analysis but I do not see the bottom yet. Hopefully things will become clearer.
