technically we are there at the bottom practically now give or take the pennies here and there.

I would think that a PP set at .25 tells you were management thinks bottom is as well, so underthing under that and you are getting a discount to what those guys all just paid. The banks will manipulate it to where they all jump back on board for the next ride.

IMHO :) it's cheap now
