PEM may have appear to have the goods but the stock is being pulled and jerked which is disconcerting for investors looking to see some stability and appreciation in their investment.

The SH board is a total disgrace with one or two monopolizing the board and irritating the community at large with pump and dump type tactics etc. That does not make for a stable environment by which folks can do some DD.

It would be nice to see that mess cleaned up but it's not looking like that will happen anytime soon.
