BMO said as Premier's growth profile shows visibility on graduation to an intermediate producer from mining

friendly North American jurisdiction assets the broker sees an opportunity for the market to revalue the company's shares.

BMO expects EPS of $0.17 for 2017, $0.04 for 2018, $0.31 for 2019, and $0.34 for 2020.
