Red Lake and Geraldton are Canada's PREMIER addresses for gold
Red Lake:
·Assays pending; relating to previously announced initial series of tram related structures.
·Underground diamond drilling program from the tram platform is now under way.
The tram drift serves as a valuable exploration platform for the joint venture. Located 1,650 metres (5,400 feet) below surface, exploration for HGZ-style ore represents a world-class exploration target. The initial exploration program is designed to be completed at centres at approx. 120 metres (400 feet) apart across the joint venture project.
Cove: Nevada: June 28, 2012
"The initial drill results support our belief that the Helen zone, within the Cove project, has the potential to host a high-grade Carlin-style gold deposit," stated Brian Morris, vice-president, exploration, for Premier. "Drilling continues to confirm the expansion potential of the Helen zone horizon along strike of the Cove anticline within favourable host rocks which are stratigraphically deeper than historic mine production in the Cove pit. The favourable anticline structure within the deeper host rocks remains almost entirely untested outside of the core area. This will be the focus of future drilling as we expand mineralization.”
Trans - Canada:
·Resource Estimate: The updated mineral (43 101) will evaluate multiple deposits consisting of the Trans-Canada project; including the Hardrock, Brookbank, Key Lake and Kailey deposits. All deposits are being assessed for both underground and open pit potential.
Subsequently, a PEA will consider a range of development options for the deposits, estimating economic returns.
·Permitting: The Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines (MNDM) has accepted the company's advanced exploration closure plan as filed for the Hardrock deposit which allows Premier to begin preparing certain areas of the site for planned advanced exploration activities.
Premier cannot begin the dewatering until two (2) additional approvals are received from the Ontario Ministry of Environment. Premier anticipates the two additional permit approvals the permit to take water and the environmental compliance will be received in 2012.
