I think that investors are more positive that the req'd paperwork will come through and that makes present prices a bargain.  Glad to see the SP recovery, but of course suffer from the "shoulda bought more syndrome".  Oh well.

That $3.60 is quite a suport/resistance level.  Interesting to see if it will break it after bouncing off it yesterday and 2 months ago.  It did break upwards through the downward channel last week which is positive also.
