Some informations gathered from another forums, actually it was talk with Mr. Merriam. Here is what he said about current progress and 10KSB-Filing:

1500bpm are produced and sell every day and from August new wells will start producing oil and gas. 10KSB-Filing will be field at 30.06 . Everything good. Currently new wells from Kentucky and Wyoming are drilled. Lot of good things, specially from Kentucky field.

So we will heard lot of good news in the near future, currently this stock is in very bullish mode. Also American bulls says Buy Confirmed!
