My bet is TD is the new shorter... That sell at .99 being the blocker to which they want seller to undercut them..... pretty hard to accumulate any volume of shares when you are 3.8 million short on a stock that trades 400 to 500 k / day and half of those trades are wash trades.

BMO is likely short as well... playing both sides but accumulating this week.... a weak cover in motion?
