I have a simple question for the regulators to be asking.... WHO ... name specificly is loaning the shorter the shares... If they cannot provide a name... It amounts to an imediate "buy in"

Rules are rules... unfortunately the rules have zero enforcment in Canada. Only when it comes to the very small guys or individual investors. Thats a fact!
