Was it shorting against 4 month hold stock?

Was it covered via an off market transaction.... All trades are to be shown over the counter.

Canadian regulators do NO market regulation of short sales...

the same thing happened with NKW.... a major short positon was covered that exceded the total shares traded for the time period.... and no wts of optiones were exercised... I reported this to the exchange.... but of coarse you know they did nothing.... a second large short was covered under mysterous circumstances after my reporting of that trade.

PNP short cover would mean that almost all shares traded were to cover this short... cover of over 5.6 million shares.
