Phoenix Matachewan Mines Inc.: Director, Officers Resign

ORLEANS, ONTARIO, Sep 29, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Robin Dow, CEO of Phoenix Matachewan Mines Inc. ("Phoenix") (PMM) announced today that Paul Jones, President and a director, has resigned to focus on his other public company responsibilities. John McNeice has resigned as CFO to pursue other full time activities. Phoenix is currently seeking new members for the management team.
