The recent private placement has undoubtably diluted the stock and therefore the share price has fallen. Often there is a negative short term reaction to this kind of placement.

On the other hand small companies like PMM need this kind of cash injection to achieve their goals. I am certain that with the quality properties thay have and the progress already made they will deliver excellent shareholder value over time.

Any further drop in the share price will be an excellent topping up opportunity.
