The skinny on the AGM (just a bite-size version for now):
1) PTR finally in the black and looking to stay there - their oil and gas properties at Redwater, Gilby, Frog Lake are still going strong. More wells being drilled, more land to be bought.
2) The stock market is not putting much value to the Terrewest acquisition. There is 33% more value to be unlocked based on what another company received when it was sold for $35 million.
3) Philip Bretzlof and Don Downing are very credible businessmen. They will certainly add value to the company.
4) President Ross Gorrell will likely be on the front page of Business in Vancouver, a great little paper, which will give PTR some good publicity within the local business community.
5) They talked about possible share buyback with the extra cash, now that they'll be in the black. Also, possible TSX listing.
Usually, I have a more detailed version at http://www.agmreporter.blogspot.com , but that will be later. I also bought the domain - www.agmreporter.com , but it's not really ready for primetime yet.
