I think because of the declines inArgentinia they found no buyer at their price target.If they could sell that part then they have some cash available for investments elswhere.

Hard to tell what the future will give.There is a positive side but also a negative.They had indeed not much capaital left if they missed some good drills.

A news that they found a good partner ,a succesfull drill etc.. can bring some relief.

After all we know now Argentinia was not a great choice.They started very well but when they hit some good wells and the price of oil spiked ,government became to greedy and later the decline started and the nice picture was gone.We wil need some very good news to convience investors for a supporting buy.If they need again extra financing then I don't know were the sp will go.
