Could be .I just didn't understand why at first announce they could have a good well and they would test it and then they came up that their equipment failed ?What is hidden behind that message?

If you consider all the things they have done so far with PDP then there are a lot of questions.

First they started at Argentinia and hit some good wells and the sp soared.Then slowly the more bad news comes in .First government put a cap on the price at 40 $ ,then they had to line up waterinjection for the pressure and when all is done they will sell that part.After doing all that work the buyer could benefit and now with lower oil price the bid will be lower too I guess.

Now they can start all over at Columbia?Also a country that is not so reliable to me.Same as Peru.They could face the same as in Argentinia.
