The corporate restructure timed perfectly fro the interim financials.

They've probably had this in the works for quite some time and pulled the trigger for this exact timing.

I've see they've just welcomed Grutter to his new position by offering him 500K options.

Grutter and Pell are probably the 2 key pieces from a technical perspective and apparently they really like what Grutter has done with the company to date.

This reorg is not something to take likely and I'm sure this one of many steps in whatever they have planned.
