The company points out that the Qilaq project is not encumbered by any jv, earn-in, or back-in rights.

I know this is early to suggest this, but at the rate they are finding kimberlites on Baffin Island, and the "diamondiferous success rate", consideration should be given to spinning off Qilaq and perhaps some other projects, so that BHP does not get everything when (if) they takeover PGD.
