PLL's BOD continues (interminably...) to keep the story interesting. I give them high marks for their strategic vision.

If only they can attract competent operations management to execute at the tactical level, perhaps svosteve can pay off his vacation villa next time PLL hits $1+.

Unfortunately, a very high percentage of good prospects end in failure due to poor execution of promising strategies.
