Yes the AGM is on the 16th of November. I checked out sedar.com and it was there. So much for management letting us know the date on the web site. Here is the link http://www.sedar.com/DisplayCompanyDocuments.do?lang=EN&issuerNo=00003454

It will be held in Salt lake City and the voting date will be Oct. 13, 2009
