This is from some one else who wrote to bob and 321gold.
I emailed Bob Moriarty today to get his take on this mess.
QQ:
Any plans or thoughts to share with your followers on the future of Palladon? Is this another 2 cents or 2 buck scenario?
The way that I see it they have a few options:
1) pursue the option of an using an idled concentrator plant in mexico
2) seek an investment injection similar to Thomson Consolidated in Canada whereby a Chinese co. invests sufficient capital to provide sufficient funds to build concentrator and load out capacity
3) sell the entire project as is, with new update on resource estimate from mine
There are a lot of shareholders who would really appreciate any 2 cents (or 40 cents!) on this you can offer over the short term within the current trading range (7 to 8 cents). I can't imagine what Jana are thinking about this price after buying in at 70 cents.
Any comments on these three options or the likely direction of the new year world benchmark for iron ore would also be fruitful.
Response from Bob Moriarty:

The yearly benchmark is set April 1st or so. It’s late this year because the Chinese are playing the Aussies and Brazil. I think Palladon is fine but they need to get their stuff together. It’s very cheap now and something good will happen. I have been a buyer, not a seller.
