Before the rumors start I have contact management and the insider cease trade order is still in place.

The BCSC has excepted the annuals but the 1st quarter has to be restated before the insider cease trade order is lifted. That is why the news release below was released on Aug 29th by the TSX.

The filings haved to be ajusted for the TSX to be satisfied. And this will be very easy since the computer files have been found and the paper work has to be ajusted.
