Palladon acquiring remaining Palladon Iron interest

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement dated June 4, 2008, between Palladon Ventures Ltd. and Luxor Capital Partners LP. Pursuant to the agreement, the company will acquire the remaining 50-per-cent interest in its partially owned subsidiary, Palladon Iron Corporation.
